JP Buff Monster V3/V3-D2 is a product that has been designed and manufactured to meet the processes required for high polishability, such as removal of resin in holes and polishing, and plating removal. It has the polishing ability to rival ceramic grinding tools, and provides a revolutionary buff that reduces to a bare minimum large buff residue generation, poor stain removal, and leakage from holes that are the negatives of heavy grinding buffing of unwoven fabric. It also offers excellent durability and requires less buff replacement and frequency of dressing. Realizing a high grinding facility and surface activating property
In various grinding and polishing stages, to meet high grinding facility requirements, JP BUFF Monster / Surface has adopted a unique molding system that achieves a grinding facility and surface activating property at the same time. It is adaptable to the flattening of plastic protuberances (polishing), the grinding or polishing down to flat surfaces (built up surfaces being polished flat), and also for many other processes.
